Ciarra Sotto, the daughter of actress Helen Gamboa and senate president Vicente "Tito" Castelo Sotto III, recently shared a few details about her failed marriage with husband Joe Oconer. According to Ciarra, third party was the primary reason of the ongoing process of annulment of their marriage. She asks the media to not spill the further details at the moment for it is very hard for her. The couple got married way back in 2010 and shares a son named Crixus who was born last 2015. Now Ciarra and her son are living together with Helen as the annulment process goes on.
