The Mandaluyong City’s Regional Trial Court revealed that Cedric Lee was “guilty beyond reasonable doubt” for kidnapping his daughter Ceana with former partner, singer and actress Vina Morales. ABS-CBN News reported that he was asked to pay a fine of PHP 300 and an additional PHP 50,000 worth of nominal and moral damages. Apparently, he took out their daughter during May 13 to 22 when his visitation rights are only limited to every Saturday. Cedric denied all the allegations to him that Ceana was traumatized after their vacation and called them all “lies” which added a libel charge against him.
