A lot of activities can be done in Quezon City Memorial Circle but that doesn't include anything s3xual since it's a public place. Apparently, a group of students caught a couple making love on a bench, having an umbrella cover what they're doing. The students took a video of what was happening since it took them by surprise. However, they got enraged after the man raised his middle finger on them despite knowing that what he's doing was wrong.source:youtube
